v1.0.3: Timeline adjustments & Fixes! __φ(..;)
GLOBAL STATS! As you may know, SYNTAXIA features a timeline that maps all your actions and compares them to the choices made by other players globally. We call it the "Timeline Manager".
Now, our Timeline Manager was acting up a bit silly. There was a slight issue with this system where it would sometimes not send the data when it should. However, we spent the last couple of days fixing and tuning it up, amongst other things that needed a bit of grease
Without going into the boring details here's what got fixed in 1.0.2 and 1.0.3:
- Stats are now counted and sent correctly.
- The username you input at the beginning is now correctly displayed when you are at the start (Fig .1).
- The desktop document is now correctly named.
- Added many other bug fixes (as well as bugs to fix :P)

Fig. 1 : The name is now displayed correctly!\( ̄▽ ̄)/
Another thing of note: We decided to bundle the 1.0.2 patchnotes together with 1.0.3 as some of the fixes are related to one another.
Anyways, I hope you all had a pleasant new years. :]

Hi, Cancat Games. I'm Flarf, and I recently got done making my first game, along with its OST, in a week. Under Gunstruction by Da Flarf
I'm very interested in your project, and I would like to be involved as a music composer. I specialize in SNES chiptune, but I am familiar with a variety of styles. Here is a compendium of my work: https://soundcloud.com/da-flarf
Da Flarf on Battle of the Bits
I am also currently taking a course from Jason Graves, the composer of dead space, call of duty, and many other games.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi Flarf,
I went and took a look though your soundcloud and I love the SEGA instrumentation!! Right now I'm not sure where we could use chip tune however if that changes we'll let you know.
Thanks for reaching out :]
Thanks for taking the time to check out my work. The chiptune is actually a relatively new development. For most of my time composing, I made pieces for harpsichord or strings. Can't wait to see what you do for this project!
