Small patch today fixing a few issues since last monday! :) 

Gameplay

• You can now reach relation level 3 with Stecchi.,
• Relation experience has been reduced across the board by about 25%. This change targets later levels more heavily.

Character Stories 2 weeks ago you all voted on which additions to the game where must important. And individual stories for each relation came up on top. While we won't have all of them ready for the next fest, today we are getting the first one in: Silvia! The first two thirds of Silvia's story will now be available as you grow your relation. Bug fixes.

• Fixed issue where heist core actions were affected by buff power.
• Fixed issue where Stain boss would self-explode.
• Fixed issue where you would sometimes not get the character slots when embarking on expedition,
• Fixed issue where you would sometimes get stuck after embarking on expedition due to debt counter being stuck,
• Tweaked some timings with stamina change to not have odd pauses.
